Our team can cater from 100-500 guests, rocking up early to slow-roast the mighty beast that hails from the meat vault at Davidson’s Butcher of Inverurie. Our Pitmaster mops the hog hourly to ensure the crispiest of cracking to marry with the most succulent juicy meat.
